This month we are talking about how to keep your goals. How do you dive deep into knowing your goal? How will you consistent? What do you do to evaluate your goals with self-love?
Keeping our own goals, promises and commitments is HARD. It is doable. We have to be willing to keep the promise to ourselves. We have to keep the promise like we keep an appointment with the doctor. When we are willing to do that, big changes happen.
Take time each morning to look over your schedule and put in the time for yourself first. Pick a time that will work for you to work on your goal, even if it’s just for a couple of minutes. Then make sure you don’t let that time slip away into something else you think is more important. You are important enough to use your time for yourself! Did you hear me? You. Are. Important. Enough! Take the time. Put in the effort. You will ALWAYS be able to do more when you can take a few minutes to keep your own promises.
We often think that keep our promises to ourselves won’t help anyone but ourselves. As a mother of 6 kids VERY close together, I can promise you that that is false. When you take a little bit of time to do something meaningful to you and that lifts your energy and spirit, you have far more to give to everyone around you. That’s essential when you’re a mother, a co-worker, or anyone that has to help and serve others. How will you keep your promises to yourself?
